Believe it or not, sales negotiations begin long before the buyers ever even show up to view your home. Negotiations always involve pointing out all of the flaws that inspectors find while completing the Home Inspection. It is extremely important that you get ahead of this when listing your property. I will be happy to look over your property and make suggestions on which areas of concern should be addressed prior to listing. It is a great deal cheaper and less stressful to identify and correct problems BEFORE a buyer finds them.

When the time comes to negotiate with buyers of your property, I will advise you every step of the way. Remember, you will already have a comprehensive market analysis.
