Home-building in Cobblestone began in the mid 90’s with KB Homes. Construction of single-family homes continues today. You will find a broad range of prices and styles to choose from in this very conveniently located community. Choose from 2-bedroom homes to 5 bedroom / 3 Bath models. Most homes in this Clayton community are built on lots smaller than one quarter acre.  The Cobblestone neighborhood offers a reasonably flat topography that lends itself to easy bike riding and leisurely walks. If convenience to surrounding amenities is your desire then Cobblestone should definitely be on your “Must Visit” list.  Cobblestone community consists of Cobblestone, Cobblestone Pointe and Cobblestone Place.

 

Cobblestone – Proximity to Major Employers

Commuting to work from Cobblestone is one of the many benefits you will love about this community, as It is especially convenient to major employers in the area.  When exiting the Cobblestone community, Champion street will bring you right out onto Hwy 70 Business. Your commute to White Oak (Major Shopping Center) in Garner will be about nine miles West on 70 Business from that intersection. It should take about 20 minutes to commute to work from this community. If you commute to the pharmaceuticals, (Grifols or Novo Nordisk) you would be making a right onto US 70 Business and travel about 4 miles. Your total commute would be about ten minutes. You’re going to love your commute.

 

Cobblestone – Proximity to Shopping

A grocery trip over to Food Lion will take you less than five minutes from Cobblestone. There is banking, Gas, Pizza and other vendors in the same shopping center.  Shopping at White Oak in Garner will be about a twenty minute drive. You’ll find Best Buy, BJ’s, TJ Max, Target, Kohls and Cabela’s along with many more of your favorite stores.  You can get to Raleigh in about 30 minutes from Cobblestone.
